To import one or many request items to a project, simply do the following:

  1. Go to the project page for the request list you would like to import the request item.
  2.  Click the “Options” button on the top right of the page and select “Add/Import New Request Items” and the Create New Request dialogue box will open.
  3. Click the “Upload PBC List” button on the top right of the dialogue box and select the CSV file with the request data you would like to import.
  4. Click the “Send Request” button and the requests will be added to the list.

To export the request list details, simply do the following:

  1. Go to the project page for the request list you would like to export.
  2.  Click the “Options” button on the top right of the page and select “Export Request Details” to save the request to an excel document.

Note: Please remember, that in an effort to avoid overloading custodians with emails, request items imported with an “Open” status does not trigger automated notifications to inform custodians of the new request items.
