Audit Suite’s robust privacy controls allow you to limit the users who can access the audit details and all request items within. In the event that an entire audit request list needs to be limited to the users assigned to the project, simply select the “Make Project Private” checkbox when creating the project and the only users who will have access to view the project and request items are whomever is assigned as Audit Manager and Audit Staff.

If a project has already been created and you need to set it to private, simply navigate to that project, click the “Options” button on the top right of the page, select “Edit/Close Project” and the Edit Project dialogue box will open. Now you simply select the “Make Project Private” checkbox.
